How often/how many times did Hofmann trip?

In the spirit of the thread asking the same question about Shulgin...

How often or how many times did the venerated discoverer of LSD, Dr. Albert Hofmann, trip? I have no idea other than that it was at least twice.

He seemed to be very well kept and mentally healthy in his very old age, I think there's a video of him speaking at his 100th birthday and he seems very lucid and happy.

i know its more than twice because in his book LSD: My Problem Child he reports on other substances such as LA-111 and whatnot to compare their effects to LSD. As for the exact number of times, who knows.
