How often do you and your S/O have sex?

I'm married and I would gladly have sex everyday but due to stress and my wife being under a lot of stress I am lucky if she wants to have sex once a month

how do you deal without sex??

Married 20 years and we average about 3 times a week.

Also, about 3 or 4 times a year we try to get away for a couple of days where we take a bunch of drugs and have sex constantly.
