I tracked my water intake for the first time today as I was worried it might be a bit high and came to the conclusion that my typical 12-15 hour amp binge involves a water intake of roughly 2-2.5 gallons as well as a protein content of around 300-350 mg in the form of protein shakes. I do this roughly 4x/week.
I normally take in high amounts of electrolytes but don't go out of my way to consume excess sodium. I do sometimes get minor muscle spasms when coming down, which I contribute to hyponatremia. I've decided to schedule an appointment for some blood work tomorrow.
What are your all's water intake levels?
