How much should a hit of LSD cost?

I know it varies per dealer, but how between what price range should one hit of acid cost? Weed prices usually stay around the same in my area. A quarter usually costs 25 or 30 dollars. I've heard though that a hit of acid (especially potent acid) shouldn't cost more than 10 dollars. Is that true?

but when they do it should be no more than 5 of whatever currency you use.

ive only paid 10 for a hit a few times, but that was REEEALLY good acid.
