How much promethazine to sleep?

i have a couple of 100mg promethazine tabs my buddy gave me and i am wondering how much will it take to help me sleep if i have never taken it before?

50mg should be enough to go to sleep. 100mg if you wanna get knockout sleep

200mg may be too high. 150mg would be a high dose but it would work.
