My leave year runs from 1 May to 30 April, and I've already booked 2 days more leave than I have available

I started this job in April 2010. I have 20 paid days off per year. In 2 years, I will have 23.
My last job I was there for 10 years and left with 22 days of paid time off.

I am salary so I do not accrue anymore. 20 days are there to use for whatever whenever the first week of April. I can carry the time over. I think I might have 5 days left to use however my recent paystub states I have 23 days left. I am not saying shit. The departments here seem to be having a lack of communication.

my teaching job keeps me at 19.5 hours a week for that exact same reason.
