How much oral morphine sulphate to get high

I have a mild opiate tolerence. Its not none existant but its by no means small. What are the guildline doses of this drug to get high? So like:

Low -
Medium -
High -

Okay so taken 110mg so far and just popped about 20mg. Dont feel anything major to be honest. Nothing like oxycodone
