I have 180 mg er morphine, I do up to half a gram of shitty heroin in a day twice a week. Take 80 mg neo oxy to get a buzz. I will be plugging these, how much do I take without od'ing?

im no expert but im guessing u want to hurry up and take them , so i will try and help , hopefully some1 can elaborate .
the bluelight opioid conversion chart says 10mg morphine = 20mg oxycodone , so i would advise to start with 40mg , and use 10mg ontop accordingly . safe with out OD'ing is a different story , u might be able to double it , u might OD if u double it , be safe .

Definitely no need to hurry until people with more experience come to speak.
Keep in mind morphine's solubility maxes out at around 60mg/mL.
I would start at 30mg/mL plugged then redose in increments of 15mg/mL giving at least 45 minutes apart to allow blood levels to reach a stable level.
Morphine can surprise you, many people take it for granted but rectal morphine is much stronger than it is given credit for. Plan accordingly, YMMV.
