Does anyone know what the solubility of LSD in alcohol is? I'm trying to microdose and I'd like to get 30mcg/ml. I dropped in 2 tabs of 150mcg LSD in an amber glass vial and added 10ml of Bacardi.

Doesn't really matter. LSD is soluble in water @ 7 milligrams/ml.

That's 7,000 mcg.

1 ml of the Bacardi is going to give you ~30mcg of LSD.

Seconded on that one.

It seems like an extra unnecessary step to make the solution with Alcohol. There are some substances out there for which other solvents are used to make solutions, but it's more often due to that substances insolubility in water that makes this the logical choice, outside some sort of unknown need for a different vehicle for the solution.

I imagine it's at least as soluble in Alcohol as in water. It sounds like you're getting ready to party and not medicate an old couple in your therapeutic practice, but using Alcohol as the vehicle has the potential to cause unnecessary problems, especially for those with Alcohol sensitivity.

I don't know how many people are running around festival parking lots drinking from liquor-laced LSD who are also taking Disulfiram (Antabuse), but severe Alcohol withdrawal symptoms coming on as the trip is initiating is the stuff of nightmares for this moderator.

I'm confused, why are you giving LSD to old people?

What problems can a few milliliters of alcohol cause? I used Bacardi for shelf stability. It's in a 30ml vial. I'm not at a party, I'm at home chillin, typically taking 0.5ml of alcohol with my 15mcg of LSD.

And what is it about disulfiram? You're all over the place

The most important factors that affect stability of LSD are temperature and light. So you should have a vial that is amber or dark or opaque, and keep it in the refrigerator.

Yep, I have an amber glass vial (30ml) and I keep my solution refrigerated and out of the light.

Thank you for the tips.
