How much have you spent on drugs in your lifetime?

My friends and I were actually just talking about a similiar thing. Would you quit doing all drugs (including cigarettes, alcohol, etc..) if you could get the money back that you've spent on them.

I said definitely not, you can't put a monetary value on all the great times I've had with my buddies high off my ass on whatever chemical. Plus I just could not straight up stop taking psychoactives all together, what a boring life that would be!
 
i wouldn't trade the good times before heroin, but with heroin it was more of a hustle everyday and a job just so i wasn't sick..i could buy a house easily with the money i spent on heroin
 
Same^^, i'd love all the wasted money back i spent on heroin. I wouldnt call copping then going back to my room n being high all day to avoid being sick fun.
 
My fiance kept a log for 1 year of every cent we spent on drugs. This was back in 2003, I would tell you the exact amount but not a single person would believe me. It was 2 of us, hook on IV coke and Oxys. In that 1 year we spent enough to buy us each a very nice car though.
 
I'm interested in hearing the ammount ^^!

In the 3 or so months I've been using daily I've blown through around $4,000 i had saved in my bank accunt. No job either so no money at all comin in...
 
Yea the past few years whenever I get my W2 I look at it and say "NO WAY I MADE THAT MUCH AND SPENT IT ALL ON DRUGS, AND I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT" except some awesome times and good memories, ehhhh Money is over rated

i believe you - coke and oxys some of the most expensive shit around.
 
I spent $13,000 in about 4 months.. and there were times in-between getting new credit cards where i was sick for a week or so..

And between say 1997 and 2006 I'd say I spend $20,000-$30,000 on pot, acid, rolls, coke, bit of h, not tons of h,.

Then in 2006 started slamming it and prolly blown $20K + on it in the last 3 years, besides the 13G binge with the credit cards..

It is rediculous.. I ask my parents to help me with a downpayment on a car and their like.. you coulda bought a NICE ass car with the money you've blown on H, dumbass.. lol

exactly.
i would have about 4 grand (im only 18), i would've spent it on oter forms of entertainment, but nothing would have given me the memories, the awesome times and the shitty times, that drugs have
 
I have no idea how many thousands I've spent on drugs, but as others have said I would have spent that money on other shit anyway, so whatever. I wouldn't have had to move back in with my parents though. :(

I will get the exact amount when she gets home, I may even make a nice list haha. Also it didn't help that she was in a car wreck and got a 160k settlement..

Yay, i wanna hear this lol.

In the last 3 months that ive binged out on dope I mustve spent around 4-5k. In total since starting about a year ago including sniffing its around 8k or so. Then another 2-3k on oxys before that. Opiates are the only drugs ive ever spent so much money on. Was never big into pot. I have friends though that spent at least $500-800 a week on exotic weed though...my dope habit is less than that!:p

Damn! How much were you doing/spending per day? And whats with the credit cards?
 
I'd probably take a more active approach and start a different branch of the local needle exchange. Basically getting clean syringes and sterile water and alcohol wipes to places out of reach to our current exchange.
 
omg! does this make me sick. . i mean i got a decent job and most of my loot goes to dope. i mean alone on just my legal pharmies i spent 20gs in the last 4 years.

damn i been gettin fucked up for a good 16-17 years, i counldnt even imagine how much money , or what id have by now!

shit i spent 2gs this month on just dope and theres still a week left!:X
 
To those of you under the age of 30, for me I probably had spent around $12,000.00 for recreational and FUN use. The last 13 years I would estimate well over $150,000.00 and this was NOT fun, but maintenance. Just trying to maintain baby! I do get envious at times when I see something I COULD have had if not for my own inability to stop the compulsive, obsessive behavior that came with my heavy O.C. addiction. Sometimes I wish I had a room FILLED with every single thing I have ingested,smoked,snorted, drank, now that would be a most impressive room. Hell I could start my own pharmacy!
 
Somewhere between $500,000 and A MILLION DOLLARS. Im 21 years old :) I used to spend hundreds on rock and heroin at least 6 days a week for about 2.5 years. Used to burn about a qtr of chronic a day. Go thru about 200 bars a week... and then othr random stuff like x, acid, etc on weeknds or whatevr. Just to think...I could be 21 years old with a nice house and a LAMBO in the driveway lol. Instead im couch surfing (homeless), but they were good times I had LOL...if i could go bak and change it would I?....who knowwwsss??? BTW..these numbers are for my personal use 2 the head
