How much Gabapentin? (quick replys if possible)

I have recently obtained 8 100mg pills of gabapentin. Would like to know how much for a mild dose, and in what process to take them. (Read taking them all at once makes you sick)

Be careful. Gabapentin halts synapse formation in the brain. It's absolutely terrible for cognition.
