How much faster does smoking 2-FMA (or meth) build tolerance compared to oral?

Say there was a guy who took 2-FMA/other amp twice a day orally(in recreational doses) and another guy who smoked meth/etc. twice a day. (both do the same doses)

Would the guy who smokes it build a tolerance at the same rate or quicker than the oral user?
