How Much Does It Cost to Grow a Marijuana Plant?

Me and a friend of mine want to start a business growing marijuana but we want to know what we will need and a rough estimate of how much all the equipment will cost. If you can, please give the indoor version and/or the outdoor version. I found one article which says it will take $ 140, is this right?

I am gonna go ahead and rule this against guidelines. First off there is no discussion on money here on bluelight, i know that usually means cost of drugs, but it also include paraphernalia like pot growing equipment. Secondly, even though we DO have a grower's mega thread i fear this thread will end up talking about sources. you see the total cost of your paraphernalia will all depend on where you get it, and there is also NO discussion of sources for drugs or drug paraphernalia on bluelight.

This is a harm reduction website, so even though you can talk about how to grow pot and how to harvest it, you are not allowed to talk about budgets or sources or any sort of business plan.
