how much coffee is too much in one day?

I drink 1-3 cups of z hot or iced coffee daily I make at home in a pour over filter or Southern Italian coffee maker with a pre-ground espresso blend, or coffee beans I grind. Is this too much to drink in a day? What should I do if I cannot fall asleep at night from too much coffee?

I put a small amount of milk into coffee to make a flat white, and sometimes put a tiny amount of raw sugar in are these bad to use?

You'll eventually build tolerance to caffeine and you'll be able to sleep normally.
