How much coffee do you drink a day?

just curiousss as ive increased my coffee consumption recently and enjoy starting my mornings this way.

Use to drink 5-6 every day! Then I started noticing negative health and cognitive effects so I switched to green tea and now I'm all chipper

I drink coffee many once every two weeks, and its usually to do one of two things

-To combat the constipation caused by opiate use.
-To potentiate amphetamines.

I like the taste of coffee but I don't really like caffeine. I find it to be more anxiety-inducing than the amphetamines. However, I have panic disorder so that may have something to do with it. Caffeine also tends to kill the effects of benzos which is no good.

On the other hand, most people I know start their day out with one cup and then go from there.

I drink two cups a day. First cup when I take my Adderall XR in the morning and then another cup 6-8 hours later to keep the Adderall going.

Absolutely none, I'll get a 20 min rush and then crash and become even more tired than before I drank the stuff so it is not at all worth it for me.

I used to drink like 2-3 cups a day, but now i try for just 1 because it makes me too anxious.

I've been having one double espresso a day lately, I've been trying to cut back on the caffeine consumption.
