How much atarax is too much?

My doc gave me 50mg a day 3 a day i weigh 220 i kinda want to take 100 more, but im worried if thats too much or not?

Atarax (hydroxyzine dihydrochloride) can be taken up to 150mg alone. Do not mix it with other sedatives, it's a powerful histamine antagonist.

Yeah you can take a bit more of Atarax, try 50mg first.
