Misc How much ambien does it take?

if i weigh 130 lbs and has taken two ambiens with nearly no effects. how much should it take for swim to get the effects and mild hallucinations.
they are ten mg tabs
ps. im new to bluelight

Hey, welcome to BL. In the future, we don't use SWIM here. Also, before asking anything, it's best to try to find you answer using the search function.

If the 20mgs didn't have a good effect on you, that it's possible that you are expecting more from the drug that it has to offer. I had some distorted vision after 20mgs of it, but that was when I stayed up for a while on it. If I don't, then I just feel calmer until I fall asleep.

Be careful with ambien as it is very easy to black out on, and a lot of people do weird random stuff in that state, and many have woken up in a jail cell the next morning, having not remembered how they got there, granted alcohol usually plays a role in that.

Are you eating up to 3 hours before you take the ambien? I found eating even a handful of potato chips will completely stop it from working on me. 10mg does me perfectly on an empty stomach.

Don't snort them. That "trick" doesn't work for a lot of people.
You're better off drinking a bottle of Tussin, and this is a harm reduction board.

Honestly when I had no tolerance to benzos/pseudo-benzos, two would be totally enough, and I wouldn't sniff them honestly. I tried taking them sublingually once and it really fucked up my mouth, I can't imagine what it would do to your nasal passages. Also with ambien you don't really hallucinate so much, it's kind of like, I don't know dissasociative. When I was younger I would take these after tripping on LSD and find myself in my friends back yard making monkey noises and ripping my clothes off. You know, that kind of thing.
