How much Adderall do you take?

I just went back to a psych to begin a new regime to control my ADHD symptoms for college. He started me on 10mg XR once daily, but since I had been taking 20mg IRs for the past year or so to get by with school work it was nothing. He switched me to 10mg IR twice daily. Someone mentioned in an earlier post that 10mg should last all day, which is false, unless you have a very very low tolerance. A regular dose of IR adderall will last for about 4hrs, which is why docs have you redoes at lunch time. My script will be getting bumped up higher because my current dose is much too low since I've been prescribed add since high school and have been taking it on and off for several years.

I tend to take 40mg IR at once when wanting to buzz a little and then re-dosing a few hours later. A lot of if has to do with your natural inherent tolerance, built up tolerance and body weight/composition/sex.

Damn dude, that's a LOT of fucking adderall. The most I've done in a 24 hour period was like, 90-120mg. I usually dose 60MG at a time, and sometimes I only dose once, do my stim thing... and then go to sleep. I don't really like staying up days on end. I think the most I did in one night was like 140MG.

Nobody does because by the time you've been up for 36 hours the euphoria is gone and all you get is stimulation, but people keep doing more trying to get the euphoria back.

I've only done it 10 or so times, each one being 120mg ER at once, occasionally bumping up another 30-60mg an hour or two later

60mg is perfect for the amped/geeked feeling great buzz, taking 90 is great for the intense rush when it kick sinm rapid heart beat, sweating, intense euphoria, longer duriation, be prepared for horrible crash. sometimes i like only taking 30mgs, cuz its mild buzz lasts about 3 hrs, and really no crash. 60+mg gets me cleaning and talking my mouth off
