How many times a week do you work out?

the college i go to offers free spinning, step, sculpting, yoga, etc. classes. i am also on the swim team.

so to answer your question, i do 1 hr of swimming monday through thursday. on mondays, i do sculpting and strength training (1 hr 45 min), and then 1 hr of step. tuesdays, (sometimes, it really tears up my back) i do 1 hr of pilates. wednesdays, 1 hr of step. thursdays, 1 hr kickboxing, pilates, and then spinning. fridays, i do sculpting and strength training (again 1 hr 45 min). weekends, i dont do shit.

it really helps that there are classes. its competition, and you have someone telling you what you're going to do and how long you will do it for, its a good push that i usually cant give myself.

My husband and I go to the gym 4-5 evenings a week. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday is the routine. Sometimes we miss Friday or Monday secondary to social plans. I can't go more than 3 days without going. I feel like shit.

Weight train for about 30-40 minutes. Different muscle group on each day. 20-30 minutes high intensity cardio. I like to be finished within an hour.

I am not into showing my face on this one. My arms took a year to look like this.

Im aiming to do cardio about 5 days a week and weights 2 days a week. Ive only just been able to get back into exercising so Im taking the weights slowly. Plus I want to loose a bit more fat before I hit the weights harder (and improve my all round cardio fitness). It's all part of a 'better lifestyle' approach Im adopting rather than working out for the sake of it.

I bike to school and back, fifty minutes a day. Swim a little over a mile four times a week (about 35 minutes hard swimming) and do elliptical machines for 35 minutes five times a week. I also do level 2-3 vinyasa flow yoga four times a week, to take care of the strength training. I'm a fuckin' exercise junkie. I probably spend about 2.5 hours a day exercising, at least.

I lift weights four days a week, and try to go for a long walk or do some running twice a week.

I addition I try do do some yoga and qi-gong, but I seldom have the time to do it :(
