How many times a week do you work out?

How many times a week do you work out? Do you think it is enough?

I'm a natural couch potato so I'm only properly working out once a week, I'm thinking about going to the gym again today. Don't want to overdo it, though :)

How about the rest of you?
 
i have a hard time staying motivated but i would say i do something productive about 3 times a week, sometimes 4 for maybe the last 3 weeks or so. before that it was very sporadic.
 
I like to go Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. So 4 days. however some weeks the weather gets far too hot (ie today...31 degrees in Spring!) and I resort to drinking beers. That really messes things up as often the next day will be a bit sketchy and I might have that off too.

I also surf a couple of times a week. Thats my cardio.

I think that is enough as long as thats what I do. Any less and I feel small and unfit.
 
I spin 3x a week, and i walk two blocks everyday from my office to my parking lot and vice versa sometimes multiple times a day :D
 
6 days a week intense weight training with cardio and abs thrown in at least 4 or 5 days out of the week....been loweing my cardio though..only 20 minutes a day...I also use the dry sauna and steamroom everyday...saturday is usually my day off...I also bike to class multiple times throghout the week
 
Well i'm not a member of a gym at the moment so i'm not doing epic sessions. However i make sure i stay somewhat disciplined;

*Walk about an Hour every day to and from work
*Lift weights in the a.m & p.m (well sometimes i 'forget' the evening ones)
*Do sporadic yoga - esque stretches...not much planning nor enthusiasm goes into these it must be said ;)
I keep meaning to dust off my rollerblades and go out embarassing myself on them, but i actually don't remember where they are, its been so long since i utilised them. Actually last time i saw them they had a spiders web in them...thats a sign i'm should be exercising more methinks.

I lift weights 5 days a week for 90-120 minutes. Generally to the point where I either feel like I'm going to puke or pass out. Or both.
 
I lift heavy stuff and do strenuous activity about every other day, and then I run around and dance to funky music also almost everyday. That's all more or less incorporated into my daily activities, so I don't need to "make time" for exercise.

with recent overtime i've reduced my gym work to one day per week. :(

What are your stats? Do you ever throw in any cardio?...I usually end up at the gym for a little less than 2 hours a day depending on weight availablity and the amount of people there
 
I have two gym memberships, 24 hr Fitness and Anytime Fitness. I go 3 times a week for weights. running 3 times a week, 3 hr hiking on sat, on the day i don't feel like hitting the gym, i do ab workout at home. So everyday i do something. If you count dancing in the club as workout then add 3x per month of cardio :D

6'4" 250 lbs ~9% body fat. I don't do cardio.
 
Probably 3-4 times a week.
I either go to my Krav Maga class, hit the gym weights, or just go for a quick run.

But.. I do drink about every other weekend.

And I'm in really bad shape compared to when I was back doin the football workout.
 
About 4-5 days a week. Cardio mostly, some strength/resistance training, but not too much. I'm still looking to burn some fat and tone up more. Don't want extra muscle tone to bulk me up before I'm slim enough.

i watched a show called human weapon on the history channel which featured a special on Krav Maga. i would love to take a class on that.
 
Jean, if you live in OH like your profile says, theres probably a KM center close to where you live because there are 4 locations around the state of OH. I highly recommend the class. It's fun, a great workout, and you learn how to beat the shit out of people.
