i used to do it sometimes at my last job. out of frustration or nervousness. probably never more than once a week or every few weeks.

i can't do it at my current job because our bathroom walls are super thin and definitely not soundproof. its a small office with a one person bathroom so it's also obvious when someone's been in there for awhile. the best i can do now is just go for a quick walk outside

honestly I'm pretty sure proper hand washing negates any issues. The level of disgust beyond that is just psychological.
In all honesty I'm less disgusted with the idea that someone would make my food after masturbation than if they were to take a shit and not wash their hands.
