How Many Shroom Capsules To Take For The First Time?

Im pretty sure that their Golden Caps. How many normal sized capsules should I take? Im 5'2 and 123 lbs.

You will need to find out the weight of mushrooms in the capsules and then you can calculate the dose using something like this.
