if i cant smoke it, snort it, or eat it... i wont do it.
im not necessarily looking to get the drugs into me faster, because i don't need them now now now.... i like a long lasting duration for my high (which is mdma by choice which im not even sure is injectable, correct me if i'm wrong?)

i have a close family member who used to IV stuff, anything she could get her hands on... and needless to say, she got her hands on hep c. scary. and i know when done correctly you can eliminate that possibility but im just not cool with it.

Ive dramatically cut down, Ive stuck to not IV'ing pills unless I have a micron filter and havent shot crappy filtered pills in more than a month now and if I stay away from meth(which usually starts a long cycle of IV use) and opiate dependance then im sure I wont have any problems. Im getting back into psychedelics anyway so hard drugs arent appealing so much anymore.
 
I do. Only a couple of my friends know and all of the ones that do know besides one are in jail for the rest of their lives now. So i guess now there's only one that does know.

I'd lose a lot of friends if they found out.

They're suppose to be friends, not abandon you when they find out you have a weakness.

Just goes to show most "friends" are conditional.
 
I inject and am totally comfortable with it. Mostly I IM ketamine but I inject most of my psychedelics as well. I've never really liked eating my drugs. Most other ways give you more control over your high.

I think I prefer plugging opiates over IV though. For me when I IV them obviously the rush is nearly instant. After that I barley feel high, no matter how high I am. Usually causes me to OD. Haven't plugged them much but the peak is dragged out a lot longer for me.
 
I haven't, don't and wouldn't inject because I think I would enjoy the rush and stone way too much, and that boundary with addiction is one I don't want to cross. I also know myself well enough to know that once I tried it injection would fast become my only way of using, and that would have added hassle and consequences.
 
Seriously considering trying to iv some h or oxy. Is IM H worth it at all compared to smoking/snorting? DOne h for almost a year on and off and wanna give it a try. Its citric acid you use for UK H not water to cook with right?
 
I inject. As soon as I tasted the needle, I basically lost all control. Not that I had much before I picked up the spike, but I had some.

I don't want to preach, so let this be a personal observation: with regard to myself and everyone I know, shooting up has been the downfall.

Hey all.....completely new to this. Let me explain. I suffer from migrains and my doctor prescribed me dilaudid 4 mg. I do not want the rush or get high....I want the pain to go away. I crushed a pill, added some water (all of this was on a spoon and placed a cotton ball over it. I tried to suck it up with a syringe but did not work. I need detailed (very detailed) instructions on how to do this. How much water? How to use the cotton etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i banged a dilaudid 4 once...i just added 40 units of water, hit it with heat (you can watch the filler move to the outside of the spoon), add cotton, suck it up and stick it in.

i felt it and had no adverse effects, but i am nowhere near experienced on this topic. i'm just sharing what worked for me.

I had my first shot of meth when I was 16 years old (against my will). At 18 I finally met someone who used this method of ingestion. I used needles pretty regularly for the next 2 years (meth and heroin), quit for 3 years, now started back up 2 months ago.

I would have to say that I.V. is my preferred drug route into my body. Unfortunately I didn't have very good veins to being with and during my first drug bout (between 18-20) I did some major damage/scarrification to the few sites I had.

Best advice I can give is don't operate a needle when you are out of your mind (ie: haven't slept 2+ days, can't see straight, can't stop your hands from shaking, etc.) I have a limit of staying up 1 night if I'm going to slam, AND my manual dexterity has to be good enough to hold the needle steady, check for a flash, and inject the drug without pulling out or going through the selected vein.
 
the reason the medical establishment uses injection in administering drugs, is because it is the most effective. i am 30 years old and when i use, it is most likely IV. ive been using drugs in this fashion since i was 17. i wouldnt have it any other way. it is not just a way to deliver the payload, it gradually becomes part of the entire experience of getting loded.... it isnt the same any other way after that because you know that you're really wasting your money, and cheating yourself out of the real high. there is social stigma...but i never gave a damn. who the hell are they to judge me?
ill guarantee you one thing, there is something to be said for dropping the plunger on a thick 50 units (meth)with your girl (doing the same), and enjoying a sexual experience that cant be achieved any other way.
at the same time, as much a part of me as using IV is, i do not encourage it to anybody i come in contact with. one of the guys at work is a cokehead (been there) and he asked me to show him how to slam coke. i was very adamant in telling him no, and explaining the consequences of my decision to IV. my consequences included penitentiary time for possession.
looking back at my early twenties ive thought about a few girls lives i negatively influenced with introducing them to IV use. if their lives turned out anything like mine.... anyway... if one of my daughters were experimenting with drugs @ 18 or 19 and some asshole got her loded IV, then i think texas would be giving me a shot of their wicked brew....

i still wouldnt take it back.. the experiences ive had make me who i am, the bonds with people, the outlook i hold now, my kids....

I choose to be an IV user.

i voted no but recently that changed. started shooting some coke (which was cut pretty damn bad -- SORRY VEINS!) and flurazepam as a matter of fact

MDMA is most certainly injectable :).

Well crystal is okay, pills are bit dodgy.

I've had two shots already this evening, in fact :).

As to duration 3-4 hours, but there's obviously no come-up time. Or much of a comedown time either, believe it or not - in and out quick and clean :).

That is obviously not to say it's a particularly good idea to inject the stuff, but old habits die hard :\.
 
i injected dillys/k-4/dilaudid back in h.s., but totally quit and have only IV'd twice in 3 years, and both times I only did a way small amount and didnt feel much... basically i did , but don't any more and wont
 
I do now and again. Probably just 10 times in the last 3 years though. I even have a sterile rig and needle that I've kept with me for the last five months, but I just haven't gotten the urge.
 
^^Yeah ive found the whole excitement dies down after awhile. I get urges every now and then where ill get excited for a shot, but alot of the time im content with other, safer MOA.
