or would anyone be kind enough to share what they know about these bizarre experiences please.
 
something like this, usually involves some sort of trauma - IME.


i dont know how someone could try and explain "kundalini", especially over the interWebs. but - studying the chakra system as-well as the significance of the spine and vertebrae, + the significance of the serpentine, also the 7 cosmic rays, this seems good for anyone anyways. all this and much more is practiced, and incorporated into your daily life, over lots of time - then working with a "shaman" eventually is common place...

I don't practice the type of meditation that is supposed to awaken kundalini, however I have had some spontaneous unsought occurences through the use of psychedelic drugs which I feel are probably connected to kundalini now I've skipped through wikipedias explanations. I don't feel disposed to offer any explanation of this as such things are by their very nature fairly impossible to describe in any meaningful way.
What I would ask is why tho OP asked the question/created the thread
 
I understand it's a fairly traumatic and sometimes psychologically damaging experience to have a spontaneous kundalini awakening without knowing what's happening to you.
