How many mg of DHC for a high?

I have 100mg of co-drydamol (apap and dihydrocodeine), how many mg should i extract using a CWE for a decent high? New to DHC but not new to some opiates, (take codeine and oxy frequently).

400 mg is the amount for an average person to take before the antihistamine effect kills the high.

Without more info the only helpful thing i can think of is that on paper DHC is 1.5 times stronger than regular codeine. But having used both substances extensively i think in terms of recreational value that dose whise they're about the same. So however many mg's of codeine you use, the dose dose of DHC is about the same

As dihydrocodiene is slightly stronger than codeine I'd reccomend a starter dose of about 50 mg or less just to test for allergy and gauge your sensitivity. If nothing happens (most likley case) up the dose to about 90-100mg. Still nothing then take more.. i wouldnt reccomend taking a more than a few hundred with a low-ish tolerance though. Personally if I had oxy I wouldnt even bother with DHC but I admit it's nice to experiment with different substances. I'm not 100 percent on dihydrocodiene dosage but there's a lot of info around if you do a search or use an opiod conversion chart. Stay safe and enjoy yourself.

If you have experience with stronger Opioids like Oxycodone, for instance, than I wouldn't be surprised if 100mg DHC isn't enough to get you a buzz. It's going to vary heavily from individual to individual, but I've always heard that Dihydrocodeine is about 1.2x - 1.5x as potent as Codeine, weight for weight.
