Smoked 2-3 packs a day before rehab; rehab forced me to cut down to about 10 a day. Been out of treatment for a little over two months now and I'm smoking just under a pack a day...

2 packs a night wasn't uncommon when I smoked.


I find that meth/speed/ice was made for chain smoking.

A pack of Marlboro twenty fives a day. I have one about every half and hour during the day. But I am worst of a night. I dont get solid sleep and wake up every two hours or so and have a smoke. BAD.

Definitely. I was torn between 1-5 and half a pack but I didn't like the 'sound' of half a pack, so I decided that I only smoked 1-5 a day.
