Opioids how mandy dilaudid do i need to compare to my oxy

ok heres the deal i normaly take/snort around 300 mg of oxy daily not all at once but threw out the day. now here my problem i cant get oxy anymore and i have a shitload of 4mg dilaudids now how much would i have to snort to keep myself from withdrawls i know it wont give me the same high but i dont wana get sick from the withdrawl so if someone knows id greatly like your help with this thank you

and i have consider i.v but ive never done this route and i am scared i will fuck sumthing up and kill myself so im just going to stick with snorting thank you

You have a high enough tolerance to titrate up and figure it out. Sniff one, wait 15 mins and see how you feel. You didn't tell us your amount per dose

I don't think snorting the Hydromorphone is going to give you much more bio-availability than eating them to be honest.. would have to look it up.

I wanna say they are both right around 30% tho.

I personally am scripted 180 8mg Dillies a month and when I went from Oxycodone I was pretty much forced into shooting up just to stay out of w/d.

Before that I was only taking the Oxy's orally too..

I just did the calculation on a site called a narcotic equilalency converter and it says that 300mg of oxy needs 112.5 (3/8) of hydromorphone to be equal. So, you need quite a few of those little pills to be OK, at least according to that site. Hope you're hanging in there.
