how long would one bowl hit last in my system for a urine test?

i'm 5'6, 130 pounds, haven't smoked in 56 days, got a urine test on tuesday 830am. just wondering if it would show up in my urine if i took a bowl hit sunday, 5pm? anyone got any ideas? this guy told me he got away with it after smoking a roach. i shouldn't take the chance, and i might not, but it would be good to know!

But dude you have 56 days OFF IT, how hard can it be to wait a few more days. It probably WILL show up in your test if you smoke on Sunday. Silly silly
