How long will these drugs stay in my system?

Ok, so i'm currently apply for the Canadian Air Force and when I go for my medical I will get urine tested for drugs. The drugs I use right now are Ket and MDMA. How long before my drug test should I stop using these to be 100% safe this is a test I cant fail or it will destroy the rest of my life. Also I have seen drinks that claim they flush drugs out of your system, would it be worth while to drink a few of these?
