Misc How Long will Omperazole 20MG Inhibit Liver Enzymes for?

I need to know how many Hours after taking an Omeprazole 20MG Capsule before the CYP3A4 And CYP2C19 Inhibiting Effect begins to start to decline And become less Effective.


For Example Grapefruit Inhibition begins to start diminishing in it's Effect 5 Hours after Ingestion And it does Not COMPLETELY begin to Loose all of Effect on Liver Inhibition until 72 Hours-96 Hours possibly longer from what I have Read,.


If anyone can find any studies Or Read into this for Me And let Me know what you find out I would be extremely grateful! Thank You.

Does that mean the Omeprazole Inhibition lasts as long as the Drugs Effects And Active Half-Life? Is that the same case for something Like Orphenadrine And Or Codeine?
