Benzos How long until my benzo tolerane is normal again?

In the past three months I think I used a cummulative dose of 720mg temazepam. My first few doses in the range of 20-30mg got me sort of high but nowadays I hardly feel anything.

It came to a point were I had to take 60mg temazepam along with 5 drinks in order to get properly intoxicated. I even took some alprazolam because I wasn't satisfied.. I got amnesia with minor euphoria. So I want to quit all α₁β₂γ₂ agonist drugs for a while.



How long will it take before my tolerance is back to normal? Will it ever be?

A couple of weeks should reset it to almost zero (u will never get back to true zero sence u used so much for so long)

It's too variable from person to person to answer.....

White55 is right, theres a massive range of variability, but from a lot of personal reports that ive read, its usually between 1 to 2 months
