We all know how addicting opiates can be, and once your hooked the withdrawals are terrible. How long do you think it takes for someone to get addicted enough to where they experience highly unpleasant withdrawal symptoms once stopping dosage? This is strictly opinion as the amount of opiates it takes to get hooked is different for all of us.

Say me for example, have used opiates before but no more then say 100mg per week of oxy's. Recently I got a hold of some OP 80's and took one a day for 2-3 days. How many days of constantly taking one OP80 would it take to get hooked? When i say hooked, I mean when you stop taking them you experience some form of withdrawl. A weekend? A week? A month? 3 months? 6 months? Im not talking maybe your groggy the next day, I mean for a week you feel like shit. Again, the amount is different for all of us but there has to be a general amount of time where you are tolerant of the drug. Opinions?

This type of opinion and general discussion is probably better suited for DC. That being said in order to answer your question you need to better define how bad is bad enough to consider it bad.
highly unpleasant withdrawal symptoms
I mean when you stop taking them you experience some form of withdrawl
Im not talking maybe your groggy the next day, I mean for a week you feel like shit.

I think you are better off with the view "taking any opiate is an investment into slightly worse withdrawal." If people binge on opiates for a weekend the next monday they get the runs and some sore muscles. If they binge for a week they might feel like they have the flu for a day or two. And up and up and up.

I don't really see anything to be gained by trying to determine a habit that would require such a level of withdrawal that you would consider it "bad", and the difficulty in determining it due to the very large number of variables makes it futile anyways.

Also, I have found that once you are an addict, at least for me, that Hard-Wiring in my brain that LOVES opiates doesn't want to stop taking them and not only are my withdrawal symptoms worse after a two-day binge than they were before I was an addict, the Psychological effects are horrible (ie I want the shit for the next month till I realize the world is a beautiful place even w/o them :))

Opiates are playing with fire, if you continue to take Oxy 80's you will probably eventually find out for yourself how much it takes for you to incur withdrawals once YOU DO IT...

Addiction and dependence are two very different things. Add in the fact that individual experiences can (and will) vary widely, and your question is really unanswerable.

Well ive never tried any real hardcore opiates, but my current favorites are CODEINE and TRAMADOL FTW!!!

Ive only done codeine about 5 times or so, and tramadol about 15 or 20. My doses are almost always spaced out due to supply, but one time i took 6-7 trams a day for a week straight, and at the end of the week when i ran out, all i could do when sitting alone and bored was CRY?!?!
I felt like a bitch but just longing for the goody warmth of some opiates..not even my D.O.C, weed, could make me happy.

Im better now, and weed once again cuts the cake, but im always thinking of opiates, ALWAYS.
Its spring break week and i just got a script for CODEINE/PROMETH Syrup!!!2 refills mothafuckas!! only 8 oz. bottles tho:pdoc
