Opioids How long until 10mg of naltrexone wears off??

I had 6 yesterday at about 11am and then 2mg at 10pm and 2mg again at 4am... Now I just wanna have a taste! Anyone know? Only can find info on larger amounts that say around 24hrs... Cheers!

you took 6 10mg naltrexone, or you took 6 pills that gave you 10mg naltrexone?

if you took 60mg nalrexone and don't use it daily, I'd say that you would feel opiates around 36-72 hours
if you took 10mg naltrexone and don't use it daily, you should feel them within 24 hours
