How long to wait after eating to do DXM

I just had me a good dinner about an hour ago... cornbread, pork BBQ, coleslaw... ah lawd. And I'm probably going for seconds

However, I intend on doing DXM tonight. I've heard that eating weakens the DXM high. I ate at about 6:30... when should I do DXM?
Also, does eating sober you up if you're already on DXM

I would say 2:30 hours after eating but probs 3 just to be sure that everything has left your stomach. And a full stomach doesn't really diminish that much IMO, but not eating before Dxm is good to stop you from chucking your guts everywhere.

and I do not believe eating will take away the trip per say unless your stomach is still absorbing it

I think it depends what dosage you're aiming for. If you're doing a third plateau or higher I would wait for a day when you're not filling your stomach up.

At first or second plateau dosages, yeah, wait about 2 hours before ingesting to make sure the dinner is on its way through your system.
