How long to take my last hit of LSD?

I bought some acid saturday and dropped 2 hits of white on white blotter at 11:54 pm. I have one hit left and wanted to take it tonight at around the same time for a total wait of 72 hrs. Is that long enough? Or should I wait more? If so for how much longer.
