How long to reverse the effects of zoloft

I've been taking zoloft for about 3 weeks now for social phobia and minor depression. I know SSRI's block the effects of drugs such as mdma and amt. I'm not worried about MDMA since I lost the magic. No matter how long of a break i take, I don't get the loved up feelings anymore, just the general high. I want to do aMT, but I can't due to zoloft. I'm going to give the zoloft a chance for 2 months to see if it helps my social phobia but if it doesn't do anything i'm going to get off of it. I remember reading that even if you're off SSRI's for months that it still blocks the effects of certain drugs, so how long does it typically take to get back to normal so you can get the full effects of drugs such as aMT?

You may have to taper ssri wd is worse than opiate wd for me. I had to taper zoloft for over a year after taking it for a year. I also think it perminately fucked up my seritonin levels because i still get brain zaps and i havent taken zoloft in 3 years.

I was on 100mg of Zoloft daily for about 8 months. Probably not very smart of me but - long story short - one day I decided to quit cold turkey. For about a month, I had mild-severe dizziness, mild-moderate headaches, moderate nystagmus (involuntary eye movements), severe mood swings, moderate - severe myalgia (muscle aches and pain), vivid dreams and these funny sensations in my head that felt like I was being (for lack of a better term) electrocuted - especially when moving around or changing positions from/to sitting/standing/lying down.

6 months after I stopped taking Zoloft, I went to a rave and rolled and... I had an amazing time (felt like some of the magic came back).
