OK, this is a little off topic, but is sort of similair.
Ive been on suboxone for 1 year now, doses varying from 2 -36 mg (in the past 6 months its been pretty consistantly high though, 24 mg avg.). In the last six months, I started screwing around with heroin a lot. The usual lenghts of my benders, would be 2 weeks, no suboxone, 1 bundle of heroin a day. The withdrawls were not nice, but thank god I had the suboxone to switch back to until I could get back off the wagon. Now, there were other times, where I would take heroin for only a few days (3-4), and then try to see how the withdrawl was, and I found that while it was still present, it wasn't as bad. which of course makes sense. But what I've always wondered, was if I had become physically addicted to the full agonist, in those four days, and I was w/d'ing from that, or if it was just the suboxone w/d. I know an opioid is an opioid is an opioid, but the ACUTE w/d from full agonists seems harsher/
