How long to develop Bup dependence without tolerance

Used Heroin after 4 years of sobriety for about 2 months, then went on Methadone for 3 months. Back in November 2013 I kicked the 75mg Methadone habit with a Suboxone taper + clondine and had about 60 days clean. After still experiencing cravings I started Subutex on a 6-7 day on, 3 day off schedule @ 2-4mg for the past month for a total of about 160mg. How long of going like this would it take to experience significant acute withdrawals upon cessation ?

I'm not sure exactly so maybe some else can chime in on that, but I do know that after your body has developed an opiate dependence one time, it is occurs faster and is easier for your brain to become dependent again as opposed to someone who hasn't experienced dependence who truly has 'no tolerance'.

Stop for a 5 or so days and see if you can recognize the classic WD symptoms presenting themselves.

The 3 days off is irrelevant to this, because bupe isn't even out of your system in that time. It takes 3-5 days to get the withdrawal from bupe. Having been on bupe for a month straight is more than long enough to be dependant and experience withdrawals.
