How long to Chew HBW Seeds?

Chewed 7 HBW seeds for about 8 minutes and let sit in mouth and spit out the taste pretty much went away within 5 minutes or so. Is this enough ? Last time I took 6 and he taste didn't bother me last much (first time) but my second time made me pretty nausea just tasting it.

Try 30 minutes. This might sound like long but if you don't plan on swallowing the seeds then this should be a minimum amount of time to properly crush and absorbed most of the LSA in the seeds.

You should either do a CWE or just swallow them. LSA quid sounds awful.
