Opioids How long till it hits me ? 5th time trying opiods.CWE,Drinking with Endocet tomorrow.

So i just did a cold water extraction on some tyenol 3s. I ingested 120 mgs of codeine. I have little to no tolerence to opiods or opiates. how long till it hits me ? also is that enough to get a buzz?
Tomorrow i also plan on drinking alot I mean alot because my teamates parents own a hotel and are giving us unlimited bar access for free since we are sponsord by them. which is awsome.I have 3 5/325 endocets, If i parachute them would it be dangerous to drink on top of that or should i just pop them normally ? thanks for the advice in advance.
Edit :been about an hour, I feel unbelievably relaxed and kinda numb pretty sure its the codeine.

arnt endocets quick realese?? no need to parachout they will hit you the same speed when taking normally just eat em whole.
uhhh its awful on your liver to do that drinking with Tylenol and opiates is what destroyed my liver I took percocets and drank all the time and by age 18 I had fucked my liver and I had a apap overdose from all the pills which made me feel like I was gonna die. acetaminophen Is extremely hard on the liver and when booze is added you have a lot of strain being put on the liver. also opiates and alcohol can kill you real easy especially a noob to opiates so from a harm reduction stand point I say don't risk your life and do one or the other but I know your gonna do what you want to do so if you are at least extract the oxycodone from those endocets if your drinking on top of them if you don't drink that amount of apap will be fine. I mean you most likely wont die if you mix all those at your age but why risk it your playing with fire and eventually your gonna get burned doing so.

mixing CNS depressants such as alcohol and opiates/ benzos is very dangerous and can very easily cause you to stop breathing due to the way they slow down your heartrate and lungs all those drugs can do that on their own but when mixed it can be a recipe for disaster.

Jeez making me sketched haha.Well if iwas to do the endos and drink would taking all three at once be to brutal and cause me to stop breathing and die and such ?If its really likley that ill hurt myself with this combo ill just save the endos for another time.

Also just wanna say thank you blue light . if it wasent for you guys the other night im pretty sure i would have overdosed on apap. Before i took the endos somthing in my head was screaming "check out bluelight first you dumbass!". and i did, well besides a brutal upset stomich the next day i was fine.

120mg might get you a mild buzz, it won't do anything spectacular for most people.

And combining ''3 5/325 endocets'' with "drinking alot'' is a terrible idea. Firstly because combining the APAP in those pills with alcohol will strain your liver. With only 1 gram or so it's not going to kill you or anything (although it apparently increases the effects of alcohol), but you're young and in your early days, no reason to start damaging organs earlier than you feel you have to.

And as Trainspotter said, combining what sounds like a reasonable dose for you of one CNS depressant drug (oxycodone) with another CNS drug (alcohol) is a bad idea. The vast majority of drug overdoses are caused by such combinations. And any significant amount of alcohol just blurs out the opiate high, in my experience, meaning you lose all the positive effects anyway.

Drink (safely!) with your teammates tomorrow night, save the endocets for an afternoon when you want to chill out and watch a movie or something.

like I said taking the 3 drugs apap/oxycodone/alcohol will strain your liver and cause damage and although it will most likely not end up killing you why take the chance (unless your done living) if it could kill you . you could be more sensitive to the effects of the drugs and end up dying you never really know or you could do it once be fine and think you can get away with it again and again until your liver looks like mine and gets poisoned then you have to start checking your eyes in the mirror every morning to make sure your liver hasn't failed and given you jaundice. take care of your organs while your young as the above poster said. if your not used to opiates then drink and take opies you wont have much fun your gonna get dizzy and puke then lay on the bathroom floor while your friends party and get laid lol sound like fun? a small- average amount makes you puke and excessive amounts kill you. like crankinit said its not a good experience you need to be a full on opiate addict to drink and take opiates but then your hooked on a highly addictive substance which will cause its own set of problems

If you're going out that night I would give the pills to someone because when you drunk you not gonna give a frack. Save the pills for the next day when you are hung, you will appreciate them way more.

By the way, if you are a noob, be warned that combining strong opiates and alcohol could cause some serious yaking if you happen to make it through without any other way more serious issues so at best it could be a rough night. Very worst you could die.

When your pissed you make some BIG judgement errors so if your hammered and have a pocket full of pills ask yourself will I take them probably yes dont mix alcohol and opiates its a recipe for disaster your disaster just remember that

ill definitly leave the endos at home, do endos really help with a hangover ? i find when i do take endos i get a mild upset stomich im just worried that ill take em then ill throw up cause i get some pretty bad hangovers.

You can prevent major hangovers (headaches, nausea) pretty easily by drinking water regularly between alcoholic drinks, eating a bit of something before you go to sleep and not drinking to the point of blackout. But even then, a decent amount of alcohol is going to make you feel not so awesome the next day, it deprives your body of all sorts of vitamins and minerals and strains basically every major organ in the body. So yeah, taking some oxy will probably make you feel high enough to override it and feel ok.

As far as opiate nausea goes - same advice as always, take an antihistamine half an hour before you take your opiates.
