been having anywhere from 3-10 on weekends when i drink for years. i want to start doing it on a daily basis so i can see how hard it really is too quit. i really don't see it being that hard. how long would i have to smoke them, and how many a day do you think? like what does the average person smoke a day? a pack?

You won't realise that you've crossed over the addicted threshold until it's too late. You can't just take an accurate guess at how your body will react to 'x' amount of cigarettes being smoked.

If you want to smoke on a daily basis, then go for it, just accept the inevitable consequences. I'm a smoker and I really enjoy most everything about smoking.

Honestly, man, and I don't mean to make you feel bad, but this is the stupidest thing that I have ever heard of in my life. I pray at night that people like you will not have children.

To answer your question, and taking into account that the time it takes will vary from person to person, I would say that it takes longer than you might expect, but not very long in the scheme of things.

For example, I began smoking two or three cigarettes a day, and I thought, "Well hey, this isn't so bad!" I smoked maybe two or three cigarettes a day for over a year, but then I began smoking four or five cigarettes a day. I couldn't walk by someone smoking without wanting to smoke as well. It's a strange thing.

I don't smoke anymore, but even still, I find that it's hard to be around someone who's smoking without wanting to light one up myself.

I been doin it on weekends for a while I've even tried every drug n never been addicted

So have I, man. I've done them all, and I can tell you straight-up that cigarettes are undoubtedly and by far the most psychologically addictive substance I have ever encountered. I thought that I was a pretty tough cunt too until I began smoking regularly.

I've always wanted to see what heroin n cigarette addiction was like, althought I won't do h

You haven't tried heroin? You know what they say, that smoking is more addictive than heroin, something that I myself have never believed until I tried heroin. There are just too many opportunities to light one up and have a smoke, and it's so incredibly difficult to resist that whole socializing bit.

Cigarettes are very psychologically addicting, but being a smoker, and a former heroin addict, I would have to say that heroin withdrawal, as a whole, was about 109381 times worse than not having a fucking cigarette.. I have gone weeks without cigarettes with little more than a craving in my mind.

I've never experienced heroin withdrawal, but I definitely, definitely believe that the physical dependence would be greater with heroin. What do you think about the psychological addiction? Do you think heroin is worse or cigarettes?

I don't get why people ask these questions. Like we are able to tell the exact time some one will become dependent on cigarettes. These questions are unanswerable, everybody is different so there is no way some on will be able to how long you have to smoke to gain an addiction to ciggarettes. You playing with addiction shows your immaturity.

i'm a guy if you're referring to me. and usually one day a week i'll have lots of questions because i'm on adderall and i'm in the mood to type/talk. typically if i'm on my computer i'll search, but it's time consuming on my phone

Well with cigarettes, the compulsiveness is pretty extreme, like my body just automatically will get up and go outside and have a cigarette. If I am craving a cigarette it will stick with me and nag me pretty bad, but it isn't bad to teh point of having panic attacks and yelling and crying and shit. With heroin, I obviously wouldn't dose with the same frequency of smoking cigarettes, but when withdrawal would set in the anxiety would attack viciously, and coupled with the physical pain, the psychological need to re-dose or go cop would be over whelming.

They are different obviously and hard to compare but that is the best way I could explain it I guess. Sorry if it doesn' mak emuch sense, I took a lot of methadone and am nodding out so I am not totally with it.

Sorry dude all i read is u want to get addicted to smoking and then laughed. Son. It's a huge waste of money that u could spend on living needs, or drugs that'll actually get you high. Go smoke 5 smokes all at the same time right now and tell me you wanna be addicted to smoking rofl.
