How long til sub.after doing fentanyl?

I've been clean for like three months but Xmas and New Years I relapse on fentanyl that I mix with liquid and spray up my nose

I don't feel as bad wd ish as earlier but I can't sleep and my legs hurt driving me crazy

Last time I did fent was mostly 24 hrs ago

But I did do mostly water spray 19 hrs ago at 6 am

Can't sleep. And have important day tomorrow early

And this is only time I've done fent. For 5 days


Before that I smoked h for 4 years but before the fent. Was like 3 months clean
So don't have much experience wit fent
And subs

Internet says half like us like 7 or ten mins nasally

Best to wait 24 hours and feeling mild to moderate wd's then take it
Best to stay away from fentanyl imo but you already know that yourself. Be safe
