how long should you have in the gym before trying any juice?

Stats are necessary. At least 3-4 years of serious lifting experience, and at least 2 years of having your diet ON POINT. There is not point in using AAS if you do not understand dieting, and how it works with different cycles.

Edit: posted this mearly seconds after Victor, so it appears we agree on years of lifting experience required. Just clarifying that this was my own view and no one elses

This is very important. Have you consistently putting on lead body mass (muscles) over time? If your diet is not on point and you go on steroids you can simply add some muscle quickly and then it will all disappear after your done with your cycle.

It's also very important to understand what happens to the body when you take in different steroids, and how to run a proper PCT (post cycle therapy) when your steroid cycle is completed to get your bodies hormones back to 'normal'.

3-4 years is good. What is more important is how old you are.

That is THE MOST IMPORTANT question......

I had kids 16 years old ask me to sell them juice....I sat down with them for about two hours and explained to them how bad of an idea it was to run juice at such an early age, they understood,I got them on a kick ass diet and a killer workout routine, this was two years ago, they are doing a local show in a few weeks, these kids look so good, just the other day they thanked me for not getting them the gear they wanted....pretty cool feeling...

i spent 6 long hard years before juicing, started at 24 , imo you should be at least 21 before you use gear to make sure yore fully developed or your just asking for trouble,
also research research research!!! the amount of knowlage you need you use steroids correctly is immense.

IMO, Eating a lot of food high in protein, drinking lots of water, and intense consistent work outs will get you steroid like results so there's not reason to take steroids if you know what your doing and stick to it.

put on 6lbs of muscle last month, with no steroids...I may have good genetics but anybody can do it

sorry mate but no matter how good your diet or natural taining is it will not give steroid like results, i trained for 6 years without gear so know the differance
as for putting 6lbs of pure muscle tissue on in a month is pure bull mate, unless youre a total freak with massive natural igf hgh test and insulin levels, even then its still unlikey
you may have gained 6lbs but youll be lucky if 1lb of that is muscle tissue,

if you are 21 + then 2 years of REAL dedication to diet / sleep / training / RESEARCH - I can't stress how important it is to know what you are doing with your body and the guy in the locker room, believe it or not, does not know everything about steroids. Research is crucial.

Have to say its probably a good idea to exhaust all other avenues before using the gear. A good Personal trainer can help with this process. Also when stacking dont cheap out on the HCG & clomid & anti-estrogens. They are equally important as is using them properly. As TRnezyme was saying the diet is they key. Try eating 6 balanced meals for 2 months if you haven't tried it already and the results can be pretty impressive.

I guess I'm blessed with good genetics then, because it's true what I said. I have put on 6lbs (Yes thats what I said) of muscle, not fat....my body fat % is low, I have a six pack and all.... I was an ectomorph which means I was skinny.. Which also means I didn't have to worry about fat hiding muscles etc. you've been at it for 6 years and you believe you can't gain 6lbs of muscle in a month naturally?! lol wtf?

I invite you to post that on dedicated bodybuilding boards and see how many agree with you. Hell, steroids aren't even worth the minimal side effect in this case.

Natural and/or enhanced bodybuilding takes, time, dedication and knowledge; even more so natural.

I have been lifting for about three years, thing is, I haven't proved to myself that I can be consistent and have my diet in check at all times yet. Also, while I haven't used anything besides perscription meds in seven months, I still am not sure where I want to go. Obviously, I do not want to use anything hard ever again, but I am not sure if I am not going to occasionally drink and smoke cannabis occasionally again. All this being considered, I know I am not really at the point to consider trying them.

Basically what I am saying is while time is important, consistency and lifestyle appear to be just as.

SunThatShines:

[For a natty] If you are doing everything right it's possible to gain about 1lb of lean mass per week IIRC, more if you have good genes. Not much more though for 99% of us. It is quite possible you may have gained 4 lbs of muscle, 1 lb of fluid retention, and 1lb fat. Any # of ratios really may give the illusion of gaining 6lbs of pure muscle in a month. Also, it is possible to gain fat while losing BF%. In order to gain muscle at the quickest rate, you generally must be eating enough to also put on fat (almost definitely if w/out gear). You shouldn't tout stuff like "I put on 6 lbs of muscle naturally and easily the last 4 weeks!" unless you had something like hydrostatic weighing done. Anyone can be a mirror judge of their own improvements.

uhh you likely are fairly new to working out im guessing. I highly doubt the 6lb you gained was all "muscle". Just because you still have a six pack doesnt mean you gained solely muscle and no fat.

and after 6 years of lifting...you get very close to your natural genetic potential. which means its harder to gain weight than a beginner. After 2-3 years of lifting you will begin to peak and your gains will come verrryyy slooowwwlly which means adding on weight can be a real bitch
