How long should I wait (meds)?

I know there's a thread for this but couldn't find it, so feel free to move mods.

I've been on abilify for a few weeks (anti psychotic... I'm not psychotic, it's just for anxiety bullshit, which is why I'm getting into psychedelics). Low dose, but how long should I wait before I trip on 2c-e to not have any effects altered/diminished?

If you have anxiety issues, you shouldn't be taking anti-psychotic medication.

Quit taking abilify forever, and then after a week or two when the medicine is completely out of your system, enjoy the 2c-E.

I would say 2 weeks at maximum before taking 2c-e. While you'll probably still have some after effects for maybe a month, after 2 weeks there shouldn't be enough there to mess with a trip. And why are you taking that for anxiety? That seems like your treating a minor condition (or maybe it's worse than that) with a frontal lumbodomy.

ive seen commercials on tv for abilify for depression (they say its for people taking an antidepressant but are still depressed on the commercials).

edit: i checked wiikpedia and it says it is approved as an adjunct treatment for major depressive disorder.
