How long should I wait if I'm on 40 mg of Aropax, to take Tramadol HCL?

Pretty much what my title says lol. Also, does Tramal interact with pseudoephedrine? And on the conversion chart for opiate use, is Tramal 50 mg equivelant to or better than Codeine 30 mg?

According to this chart http://www.healthnetworks.health.wa.gov.au/cancer/docs/Opioid_Conversion.pdf 50mg tramadol is equal to about 80mg codeine. I find the two substances very different and whilst they synergise well I could never compare a dose of tramadol to a dose of codeine for anything except perhaps analgesia.

I cannot answer your question about Aropax. I don't know about pseudoephedrine either, it is probable best avoided, but at the same time I have known plenty of people on SSRI's to use meth with no ill effect.

Seriously though. I don't know how long your anti depressant lasts for you. Or its half life. Tramadol is a dangerous drug to get high on if thats your intention. Even medicinal doses most real Doctors don't like prescribing because of the amount of seizures and serotonin related conditions it has caused.

Most of my pain doctors have given me oxycodone as soon as I said codeine does not metabolise properly for me and skip Tramadol instantly without even asking what medications I am on.

I think tramadol can have a mild SNRI effect? Or something like that
