Opioids how long should i wait before taking dilaudid after methdaone?

ive been taking 35mg methadone a day for 3 days because i couldnt get my normal 300mg oxy and the methadone helps from round 8 am untill 6pm then i feel sick so i am wondering what would be a safe time to take dilaudid after taking the methadone is 9 hours long enuf?
