How long should I wait before taking a second Adderall XR 20 mg?

I snorted a 20 mg Adderall XR around 7:30 this morning. It's now 9:10 AM. Is it safe to take another one? And should I just swallow the second one instead of snorting it? I want to stay safe, but I also want to get the most out of it. Is there a recommended timespan between doses?

How long does it usually last? I would ride out the first dose and get a feel for what you did, so you know how to dose it. It's probably a low dosage, but you can always take more, but not less. Enjoy what you did.
