Benzos How long should I wait after stimulant & alcohol consumption to take etizolam?

Have been treating myself to 4-MEC & lager all day and just wondered how long I should wait until having etizolam. This page: http://www.wisegeek.com/is-it-safe-to-combine-alcohol-and-benzodiazepines.htm put me off taking some straight after beer.

How much have you had to drink? Don't mix alcohol and benzos.

quite a lot! not sure exactly but i would say around 15 pints (yesterday and today). im not gonna risk it tonight, having stopped drinking now would it be ok to have say 2mg etizolam tomorrow night?

As long as you are in no way intoxicated and some time has passed! No alcohol with benzos, ever!

generally speaking, yeah, mixing benzos and alcohol can lead to dangerous cns depression.
however, speaking only for myself (and my particular brain chemistry) i never had problems mixing the two that went beyond embarrassing behavior or falling asleep at inopportune times.
but then i guess when in doubt, it's always better to just face the insomnia and come down than to risk a trip to the ER.

yeah i always think its best to stay on the side of caution. I know you shouldnt mix alcohol and DXM too, but i had a couple of bottles of beer with it a while back and was ok with it.
