Harm Reduction How long should I wait after morphine to dose Ativan?

Have had around 50mg morphine today. Last dose was 20mg 3 hours ago. How much more time should I wait before it’s safe for me to dose some benzos so I don’t OD?

Unless you have an extremely low opioid tolerance or plan to take a bunch of loraz, you should be fine now.

Take it now,how do you take the morphine IV ?Swallowing tablets are a total waste if you don’t IV it I believe boofing it will work better than swallowing pills

i just swallow them,

Haven’t had any oxy or morphine today, am still feeling the last Ativan I took 6 hours ago slightly, so I think I’ll wait another couple of hours before I dose any opiates?
