How long of a tolerance break should i take for benzos

im takin like 12mg every other day and i know thats fucking crazy and im going to stop, just wondering how long of a tolerance break should i take so i can get that nice feeling by only taking like 2mg's worth

weeks? Months? yall are the experts...i want that good feeling back without havvbing to take so many and waste money?

i know this site doesn't condone me getting high but thaths not too much of my concern, i just want to lower these things

12mg of what exactly? I'm presuming Alprazolam (Xanax). If you have been taking 12mg of xanax every second day for any extended period of time then stopping cold turkey could be dangerous.

It took at least a year for my benzo tolerance to baseline from the kind of dosing you have been doing. Bearing in mind that I was taking daily over a long period though (years).

naw this has been going on for about 3-4 weeks im taking about xanax, i just wanna know how long it will take to lower my tolerance.
